Ms. Ierna joined Midgard Group in 2008 and is responsible for the oversight of all property management services, due diligence and deal analysis of new projects. In addition to her 24 years in commercial property management with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company in South Florida, she served as a commercial and residential loan underwriter for Freddie Mac, Great Western Bank and Ensign Bank and was involved in the sale and management of an REO portfolio during the early 1990's.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from American University, Washington, D.C., Lynn-Ann currently sits on the Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach BOMA Board of Directors and is pleased to be both the co-chair for the BOMA Sustainability Committee and Vice Chair for the NAIOP Sustainability Committee. She is a member of the BusinessFirst joint effort between the City of Ft. Lauderdale and Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Ierna is also a Paul Harris Fellow for the Ft. Lauderdale South Rotary Chapter.
